OSENSE Partners with Thailand's Roctec to Launch an AI Smart Concierge: QubbyHomeGPT to Be Deployed in Over 10,000 Thai Households

Taiwanese AI company OSENSE Technology and Thailand main-board-listed Roctec Global (a BTS Rail Group company) have officially partnered to launch the QubbyHomeGPT smart home system. The two parties plan to deploy the system in over 10,000 Thai households by the end of 2025, bringing Taiwan's self-developed AI software capability to emerging Asian markets.

Residents speak naturally with a virtual human to control appliances, check the weather, and call transportation in real time — turning the home into a smart space that residents can "talk to directly."

In Taiwan, OSENSE has completed AI voice service integration with the 55688 transportation platform and is working with several real-estate developers on "AI smart concierge residences," bringing Qubby's voice and virtual human capabilities into real residential settings.
