生效日 Effective date: 2026-07-15 ・適用於 Chrome Web Store 上的「Qubby 客服台」（Qubby Agent Console）擴充功能

「Qubby 客服台」（下稱「本擴充功能」）由 Qubby（光禾感知科技股份有限公司 oSense Technology Co., Ltd.，下稱「我們」）開發，供 Qubby AI 客服平台之企業客戶的客服專員使用：當 AI 客服將對話轉接真人時，即時通知專員並讓其在瀏覽器中接手服務。本政策說明本擴充功能如何蒐集、使用與保護資料。

The Qubby Agent Console ("the Extension") is developed by Qubby (oSense Technology Co., Ltd., "we") for customer-service agents of businesses using the Qubby AI customer-service platform. When the AI hands a conversation over to a human, the Extension notifies the agent and lets them take over in the browser. This policy explains what data the Extension collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. 我們蒐集的資料 Data we collect

本擴充功能不會蒐集：瀏覽記錄、你造訪的其他網站內容、位置資訊、財務資訊、健康資訊，也不追蹤使用者在本擴充功能以外的任何活動。

The Extension does not collect browsing history, content of other websites you visit, location, financial or health information, and does not track any activity outside the Extension.

2. 資料如何使用 How data is used

所有資料僅用於提供本擴充功能的單一用途——AI 轉真人客服的通知與接手。All data is used solely for the Extension's single purpose: notifying agents of AI-to-human handoffs and enabling takeover.
資料僅在你的瀏覽器與 Qubby 平台伺服器（ivr-web.qubby.io、sip.qubby.io）及 Google Firebase Authentication 之間傳輸，全程加密（HTTPS / WSS / DTLS-SRTP）。Data travels only between your browser, Qubby platform servers, and Google Firebase Authentication, encrypted in transit.
登入 session 與個人設定僅儲存於你裝置上的 chrome.storage.local。Session and preferences are stored locally via chrome.storage.local on your device.
對話紀錄依所屬企業與 Qubby 平台間的服務契約儲存於平台後端，本擴充功能本身不長期保存對話內容。Conversation records are retained by the Qubby platform per the service agreement with your organization; the Extension itself does not persistently store conversations.

3. 資料分享 Data sharing

我們不出售使用者資料、不將資料用於與單一用途無關的目的（含廣告、信用評估），亦不轉移資料給第三方，惟以下必要之服務供應商除外：

We do not sell user data, do not use it for purposes unrelated to the single purpose (including advertising or creditworthiness), and do not transfer it to third parties, except the following processors:

Google Firebase Authentication — 帳號驗證 (account authentication)
雲端基礎設施供應商（AWS、Google Cloud）— 承載 Qubby 平台服務 (cloud infrastructure hosting the Qubby platform)

4. 資料保存與刪除 Retention & deletion

登出或移除擴充功能即清除本機儲存的 session 與設定。Signing out or removing the Extension clears locally stored session data and preferences.
平台端的帳號與對話資料，依你所屬企業與 Qubby 的契約管理；如需刪除帳號或資料，可透過所屬企業管理員或直接聯繫我們。Server-side account and conversation data is governed by your organization's agreement with Qubby; contact your administrator or us for deletion requests.

5. 安全性 Security

傳輸全程使用 TLS（HTTPS / WSS）與 DTLS-SRTP（語音）。後端存取採帳號權限分級（企業／角色隔離），僅授權人員可存取營運所需資料。All transport is encrypted with TLS and DTLS-SRTP for voice. Backend access is role- and tenant-scoped to authorized personnel only.

6. 兒童隱私 Children's privacy

本擴充功能為企業內部工作工具，不面向兒童，亦不會在知情之情況下蒐集 13 歲以下兒童之資料。The Extension is a business tool not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. 政策變更 Changes to this policy

政策如有重大變更，將於本頁更新並調整生效日。Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
